The Main Event - BEER!

We currently have 10 taps in our brewery. Each one is lovingly brewed on site in Collierville. The fun part about a being a brewpub that doesn't distribute is that everything we make is served right here, and we can keep the taps fresh and rotated to always keep it exciting. We don't pigeonhole ourselves into any specific beer styles, and some of our approaches may be a bit unorthodox. But what we can guarantee is that it will taste good!! Maggie, our owner and head brewer, has a brewing philosophy that encompasses making beer delicious, whether it fits into a box or not. From blondes to hoppy styles to malty goodness and fruited options, your glass will always be full and tasty here.

You can always expect something fresh and new, so come in and check out our tap wall in person for the most up-to-date list. Our socials will also highlight new releases and upcoming brews. Gazebo Golden Ale

Clean malt profile, balanced with mild hops. Beer flavored beer.
Named for the gazebo on the Town Square. The same gazebo featured on our logo and mural.

Lecile's Milk Stout

Dark, malty, stouty goodness. Coffee and nutty notes.
Served on Nitro.
Named for Collierville's own - Lecile Harris. A world-famous rodeo clown who also starred in tv and film.

Houston Levee Hefe

Unfiltered wheat beer. Gets its light banana flavor from the yeast. Nice, easy drinker.
Named for Houston Levee Road on the west side of town.

East Powell Hazy IPA

An east coast hazy ipa. Fruity, tropical, citrus and juicy notes, all from the dry hop. Hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Galaxy.
Named for East Powell Road. A nod to the east coast influence on this hazy ipa.

Shelton Sour

A tart beer that is nicely accentuated by any of our flavor infusions. Up to two pumps included with each full pour.

Pickwick Pale Ale

A delicious pale ale - Malt balanced with fruity hops. A blend of Cascade, Citra and Nectaron hops.
Named for everyone’s favorite lake destination and the lake our owner grew up skiing on - Pickwick Lake. A lot of Memphians also knew of Collierville growing up as the town you passed through on your way down highway 57 to Pickwick.

Wolf River IPA

A nicely bitter IPA, fruited with Tangelo puree. Think tangerine meets grapefruit. Hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Columbus.
Named for the Wolf River that flows all the way through Shelby County. Our owner, Maggie, met her husband on the Ghost River section of the Wolf on a canoe trip for mountain bikers. And a year later, they were engaged on the bridge over the Wolf near Baptist East.

West Powell Hazy IPA

A west coast play on a hazy IPA. A bit of bitterness but a lot of fruity notes from the hops. Hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Galaxy.
Named for West Powell Road that leads through the middle of Collierville. A nod to the west coast influence on this hazy IPA.

Halle Hard Seltzer

Clear, neutral hard seltzer - choose your own adventure with 2 free flavors included. Ask your beertender for our current selection of beverage infusions.
Named for Halle Plantation neighborhood on the West side of Collierville.

Loni's Lemonade

Non-alcoholic, house made, sparkling lemonade with a tiny hint of lime. Sweetened with sugar and a touch of agave.
Named for our owner Maggie’s daughter, Loni. She makes the lemonade with our Taproom Manager, Jay. 50 cents of each pour goes to a nonprofit of Loni’s choice each month.

While we do have rigorous cleaning and sanitization regimens for each tank and keg between brews, be mindful that even our seltzer and sodas with no gluten in the recipe, may contain trace amounts (for those with Celiac Disease). We cannot guarantee a 100% gluten free experience.
