Hi Neighbors! I'm Maggie Emerson. I am the owner of Maroon Brew Co. I will be brewing up some delicious craft beers and working alongside our MBC team to bring you delicious, gourmet hot dogs and shareables. My husband, Gerald, and I are Collierville residents and our kids are at Collierville schools. We are so excited to bring you our family-friendly brewpub concept with a focus on our Town. Go Dragons!
