Hi Neighbors! I'm Maggie Emerson. I am the owner of Maroon Brew Co. We are 100% female(and MOM!)-owned and run. 

I brew up delicious craft beers for your enjoyment and work alongside our MBC team to bring you delicious, gourmet hot dogs, smash burgers, chicken and shareables. 

My husband, Gerald, and I are Collierville residents and our kids are at Collierville schools. We are so excited to host you at our family-friendly brewery/ brewpub with a focus on our Town. Go Dragons!
